2006 Harvey nominees announced

Elk's Run well-represented

The nominees for this year's Harvey Awards were announced yesterday. A huge congratulations to the Elk's Run team who were nominated in seven different categories. Most of those guys are buddies of mine and pretty much anyone associated with the book was nominated in their category.

(The series' creator Joshua Hale Fialkov posted on Steve Niles's message board that he's "been busier than hell getting everything ready for the big announcement of our new publishing arrangements, so, please, keep your eyes peeled. It's going to be awesome.")

But anyway, here are all of the nominations. Deadline for voting is July 28th (get your ballot here. The winners will be announced at the Baltimore Comic-Con on Saturday night, September 9th.
